ClueFrames Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ClueFrames ("we", “our”). By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use ClueFrames. By using the platform, you represent that you have the authority to bind yourself or the entity you represent.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse ClueFrames by attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt services, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse.
4. Intellectual Property
ClueFrames retains ownership of all platform features, branding, and AI models. You retain ownership of the content you upload, generate, or export through the platform.
5. AI Output Responsibility
Generated scripts, research, and storyboards are creative suggestions. You’re responsible for reviewing outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and ethical usage.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Price changes will be communicated in advance.
7. Liability
ClueFrames provides services “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for outstanding fees.
9. Updates
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of ClueFrames after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
